Return Policy

We have a 100-day refund policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

You can request a refund in case you are dissatisfied with the item's quality. 

To request a refund, you can use contact us page to start your request. Once processed, you will receive a full refund on your original payment method.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order for a personalised item, please do so within 2 days of placing the order and a full refund will be issued. We may still cancel the order after 2 days, however, this is not guaranteed.

Please keep in mind it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund payment.
